Another Bucket List Collab Brew ✅🐦
That’s right, beery dreams really can come true. Two weeks back we headed down to Lewes to brew something rather special to celebrate our 12th Birthday at the end of the month 👀
Daniel, Mark and the rest of the brewing team couldn’t have made us feel more welcome, and it was a privilege to see one of the UK’s absolute finest in action, picking up some proper nerdy production insight in turn, as well as exploring the idyllic town that they call home 🥰
As you might expect we’ve cooked up an outrageously juicy number, featuring some of their choice new hand-selected hops, developed with their ever refining and on-point processes ✨

Featuring a multi-layered, all-US throwback hop combo of Simcoe, Chinook and Cascade this is tasting unreal, especially in the Spring sunshine ☀️
With a clean, crisp malt base, expect piney resin and spice aromas popping out with pithy, floral grapefruit bubbling underneath. A big charge of Simcoe then contributes plenty of oily citrus peel and fresh pineapple, culminating in a dry snap of bitterness for you to sink your claws into 💥

Throughout the evening, we’ll explore aperitivo culture while tasting six of their standout expressions: Americano, Rosa, Extra Dry, Vermouth di Torino, Storico Vermouth di Torino, Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro, and Barolo Chinato. For those not in the know, one SATURDAY every MONTH, we invite some of the city’s funkiest, knowledgeable, and classy wine folk to run the bar in Harringay while we serve you pizzas.
They will be serving their favourite bottles alongside our pizza specials, banging small plates and puds.
This month we’re buzzing to have down Hackney OG’s Clapton Craft. Clapton Craft was born and bread in Hackney in 2014, selling craft beer and wine from small organic growers. Since then they have opened 8 shops across 7 boroughs in London. 💪
