Work Hard x Play Hard and Work even Harder 🥹. Learning to rest and enjoy but it’s hard, I love work way much more than rest. Grateful for the man I married ❤️ the only rest I give myself is prompted by him.
Who else eats to stay alive. 🥹 I acknowledge my horrific relationship with food. It’s like use and dump. I don’t think of food if I have work and so the only times I’ll actually plan for food is when I know I most likely won’t eat anything the whole day so that’s one of my most responsible actions towards myself. I’m a work in progress but for now, 3 miniature eggs will hold me down for the day. 🥹

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus! You mess up, you get back up again. It’s tough but you have to go through really forgiving yourself. You can’t control anyone else’s decision but yours and your first assignment is to forgive yourself. Take the experience as a gift. A lesson! Truly be a student in your own life. See who you can be if you choose to move forward positively. Be thankful for how your flaws have been exposed because now you can fix it. God still loves you, nothing has changed from His perspective so run back into His arms and stay there. Show love to the ones you need to show love to. Everything will work out fine ❤️ I promise.
