One of my goals in my career is to reach people where they are. That’s why I’ve decided to share my research beyond the ivory tower, and at a bar lecture in Sacramento next week. The event sold out quickly, which is both exciting and a little nerve-wracking. I’ve loved seeing what Zac and the whole @cklectures team is doing, and I appreciate the space to talk about my research on the impact of true crime on co-victims. Looking forward to it!

Elyse Sharp humanized Shakespeare last night. She referenced The Pitt, Will Ferrell, and Steve Carell. And she made sure we understood Shakespeare shouldn’t be off limits if we lack a certain level of education. 📚 Elyse said, “The more people are able to interact with Shakespeare and understand him, the more equitable our culture can become.” ✨ I’m loving my little “artist residency” @cklectures .
