2025 não foi um ano simples.
Foi intenso. Rápido. Profundo.
Teve amor.
Teve perda.
Teve voo, estrada e recomeço.
Teve dias em que eu cresci.
Teve dias em que só sobrevivi.
Mas teve presença.
Teve escolha.
Teve alguém do meu lado quando tudo mudou.
No fim, talvez seja isso:
2025 me mudou.
E eu não atravessei esse ano sozinho.

This film lived in my head and was on the works for months. Endless days and nights looking for the perfect vintage pieces, scouting location, planing, etc.

📸 First editorial shoot — on film.
A good friend, @steh.meyer , invited me to join her on an analog editorial session, shot between Praia da Ursa and Praia da Cresmina, on the coast of Cascais.
The idea was to keep things natural and let the clothes — mainly denim — speak through the setting, the light, and the model’s movement. Steh shot with her Contax 645 and in Super 8, I brought my Spotmatic and Canon Sure Shot, loaded with Kodak Vision3 250D, Gold 200 and Aerocolor 100.
It was my first time photographing a model, and I mostly played the observer — watching, learning, and trying to capture the in-betweens. It was slower, thoughtful, and totally analog.

Life happened.
Work got intense, family matters came up, and I lost my father. It’s been hard to stay creative—or social. Photography naturally slipped into the background.
Still, in a few quiet corners of the past months, I found small windows of peace. These are some of those moments.
