Finished a feature over a week ago but I already miss my new G&E sisters and brothers.
Some thoughts I took down over the past month:
I can’t look at ranch the same way.
There’s multiple kinds of haze fluid I don’t like breathing.
No one looks tough on a crank stand.
Counting to ten saves you 40,000 steps.

I thought I’d break the silence with a long overdue appreciation post.
A little over a year ago I met a thoughtful old soul in a crowded hot dog spot. She was a silent observer but the energy she gave off stood out instantly.
A year later she’s still turning heads and surprising me. She’s the life of a party and Queen of the couch, a multilingual animal whisperer and a once in a lifetime skier. She makes long drives quick and turns roadblocks into opportunities. Not to mention… I think she likes rollercoasters now?
