some handstand explorations from summer. I still can’t hold a handstand for just 5 seconds 😭😭 I feel disheartened about this since I’ve been doing handstand drills consistently for the past year (atp) and thought that I would at least be able to hold a little bit even if the form wasn’t perfect Slide 1: 7/4/24 Slide 2: 7/17/24 Slide 3: 8/5/24
