40 years ago, the late great Ivor David Balding co-founded Circus Flora, with Sacha Pavlata, Sheila and Sam Jewell, and Flora (the elephant). His vision, passion, and love for the art of circus helped build something truly magical — a one-ring American circus rooted in storytelling, community, and wonder.
Today we raise a big top toast to the man behind so much of that magic. We miss you, David — but your legacy is alive in every performance. ✨
