Late Afternoon Spin - Circular Ruin - A Sermon in Tongues
Simply put, this is one of my favorite albums of 2026 so far. It’s heavy, bleak, and honestly MUCH slower tempo than I typically prefer. I usually don’t gravitate towards slower doomy kind of sounds, but something about the combination of the aggression, slowness, and Oscar Tornborg’s killer vocal delivery really works for me here. It also sounds massive on vinyl!
