Transform is a striking contemporary circus performance exploring change, resilience and the process of becoming. Through a powerful combination of aerial, acrobatics and physical theatre. The work moves between strength and vulnerability, inviting the audience into something both visually bold and emotionally grounded.

Not your average workout.
Our Flying Trapeze classes are fast paced, physical and genuinely exhilarating. You’ll climb the rig, take off from the platform and learn to swing, connect and master skills mid-air. Building strength, coordination and confidence in a way that doesn’t feel like a gym session.
Sessions are split by age and levels all on the 23 May:
Beginner — no experience needed, a full introduction to the discipline
Improver — for those with some flying trapeze experience, ready to build consistency and progress skills

Our adult classes are open to anyone curious, whether it’s your first time stepping into a studio or something you’ve always meant to come back to.
From aerial hoop, silks and trapeze to acrobatics and handstands, classes run throughout the week across Bristol. We have options for complete beginners through to more experienced movers.
Each session blends strength, mobility and technique with a focus on building confidence at your own pace. Evening & weekend classes available!
