I'm so happy to be back teaching hoop classes and workshops!
I'm really looking forward to both offering something for complete beginners to begin their hoop journey, as well as a workshop with some fun new moves and combos for those who already hoop.
In my more than 15 year relationship with the hula hoop I've collected many gems to share with you, I look forward to seeing you there ❤️

Hoop juggling, hoop passing, hoop choreo, hoop duo
Its a sloppy one but I had fun coming up with this four hoop combo at @adnmusicfestival this past weekend. I juggled and whipped until my hands hurt and then kept going. Feeling lucky to live in such a beautiful place and live a life that has space for creativity and flow.
