Mizpah - To Part, Yet Come Back Together - was the Jumping Off Point of this Collection. I wanted to Truly Symbolize - with Movement - the Concept of Parting and Coming Back Together, something I had not seen in Mizpah Jewelry but was for me a Connective Thread since the Word Signifies the Hope that No Matter the Distance - the Bond or Connection Always Remains
So a Mechanical Mizpah Spinner began to materialize - and like so many pieces before, it has gone through a Couple Iterations, which is part of the Joy of Crafting Jewelry… Everything is a Work in Progress, Even Us
I also wanted to Add Guidance - hence the Addition of the Big Dipper that Forms when One Spins the Pendant
And the Diamond Shape is a Reminder that We Are All Stardust - and that with Each Passing the Night Sky is Always One Star Brighter…
