Our first Pace Lab session kicked off with @ciphrperformance , a training crew built for the long game: performance, capacity, and longevity, across speed, strength, endurance, and hybrid. We eased in with a warm-up, dialled in mechanics + sprint-form drills, then turned up the heat with acceleration/speed work before sending it on a 200m all-out finisher. High energy the whole way, cheering loud, swapping cues, and leaving the track feeling properly earned ⚡
