CIP Constructions is proud to announce that following a competitive tender, we have been appointed to build 7 Butler Boulevard at Catalyst Park, working with new clients Adelaide Airport Limited.
Spanning across an 11,755m2 site, the project is centrally located at Catalyst Park, a landside precinct strategically positioned close to the airport, major logistics hubs and convenient transport corridors. CIP will deliver Lot 4, a multi-unit office warehouse tenancy with the capacity for up to four tenancies, with each having access to shared car parks and rear access hardstands.
Site establishment is expected in the following months, with the team currently working through design and program. We are looking forward to working closely with Adelaide Airport and to delivering another quality industrial facility in South Australia.

- Poured 200 m³ of fresh concrete footings at our $67m site in Adelaide.
- Stood several tonnes of steel on site in Brisbane, with steel installation now 70% complete on the speculative site.
- Travelled to Perth to win another very exciting project (more on that later)!
- Organised and packed 25 toiletry care packs for vulnerable indigenous communities with the Happy Boxes Project in SA, thanks to a corporate donation and the generosity of our team.

We are thrilled to share that Lot 6 on ESR Group’s Greenlink development has officially achieved a 6 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 rating - the highest possible environmental certification from the Green Building Council of Australia.

Achieving a 6 Star Green Star result on a facility like this is commendable enough, but to achieve this while working across essentially two projects shows how passionate and capable our team is. The initial brief only called for 5 Stars, however thanks to his dedication, hard work and innovative processes, we were able to certify 6 Stars, a result that was well received by our clients and consultant partners."

Big news is coming out of Western Australia as our team celebrate a very exciting project award in Perth.
The project features four floors including two basements on a 9,990m2 site and is located in Jolimont, WA.

Our Adelaide team were joined by some very special visitors to celebrate the sod turning of our latest retail project “The Village” by Seacliff Developments.
Marking commencement of the $67m retail centre, the team were joined by key project stakeholders and representatives from local council, as well as local Member for Black, @alexdightonblack .
Speaking ahead of the sod turning, Seacliff Developments Director, Frank Gasparin said he was delighted to see the key retail centre taking shape thanks to the partnership with CIP Constructions.
“We’ve been very impressed with CIP’s track record and commitment to quality,” Mr Gasparin said.
“And I know we’re in the right hands with the CIP team to deliver the appropriately impressive commercial centrepiece of this exciting development.”
The retail centre forms part of the broader $900 million master-planned Seacliff Village Estate, which will incorporate residential, retail and medical spaces to its community focussed environment.

Major milestones for our Melbourne team as they continue with the construction of a brand-new @kennardsstorage facility in Boronia.
The site continues to be dominated by the impressive 30m tower crane, facilitating the installation of precast panels and structure on the 4000 m² site.
Elsewhere on-site works are underway for the lift core pour, which will act as a central structure backbone, providing stability for the new facility.
Pours also continue across the site, with the lower ground slab pour underway and to be completed in the coming weeks.
We are thrilled to work with clients Precinct Group on this exciting new facility and are looking forward to continuing the progress on site.

This project features a NLA of approx. 7865m2, with Coles secured as the anchor tenant. Other key stores include Liquor land, Terry White Chemists and Anytime Fitness. The project will also feature over 400 Car Parks with 10 x EV Charging, 4 x Click & Collect Parking allocations.
The retail centre is set within the $900m master planned Seacliff Village Estate, which also includes residential and recreational areas.
Bulk earthworks and ground remediation works are currently underway, with our team on site preparing for footings. It’s full steam ahead this week at Orchard Hills for our project with HB+B Property and COPE Sensitive Freight.
Steel is officially on site and progressing well, marking a new phase of the build and its progress. Office steel is 50% complete, with a further 900 tonnes of steel due on site to build out the rest of the frame.
Inground services are also progressing, with installation to the office and the carpark area ongoing, with works steadily underway for the stabilised warehouse base layer.

With November coming to a close, we are sharing a short but important message from our Adelaide team, who have raised close to $3,000 for men’s health charity @movember .
Unfortunately, construction as an industry historically has very poor rates of mental health, with shocking statistics with regard to suicide too.
Throughout the year we encourage all of our team to speak up, reach out and lean on support services if they are feeling unwell, as well as taking advantage of the many mental health workshops and trainings run nationally.
