Plant medicine & how it’s helped me heal stage 4 cancer. What?! Yup, you heard that right friends. 😉
The long awaited video about plant medicine I mentioned I would share last week. Here’s a 15 minute relaxed video sharing how I truly believe that plant medicine (psychoactive mind altering drugs to be specific) has assisted me in healing stage 4 cancer.
I am absolutely aware that this is a controversial topic AND I think it is a vitally important topic to educate the public about possible tools for healing and how to create a healthy state of mind.
So many people ask me what I have done on my healing journey, after being referred to Hospice in 2019 with breast cancer that had spread throughout my body. I have a gazillion videos, interviews, resource pages and even have written a book @gracegritgratitudebook about this topic. What I HAVE NOT spoken about much is my use of plant medicine in the almost ten years of journeying with late stage cancer.
Medicine (conventional and natural medicine) has assisted me greatly, but honestly beyond medicine, I do believe that STATE OF MIND is more important than medicine! I have done a tremendous amount of inner work to transcend grief/trauma around so many close friends of mine dying from cancer, my parents traumatic deaths in the last few years and from this experience, I passionately believe it is important to clear the mind/body of stuck energy for the optimal healing of the physical body. A healthy body and mind journey together.
Healing comes from within. It requires working through the mental shadows, grief, trauma and blocks that truly keep us from inner growth & I attribute a good part of my healing to working with these substances in a safe environment over the past many years.

Using plant medicine in a therapeutic manner has helped to clear the mental cobwebs for me in a profound manner that has expedited my process of dissolving mental blocks that might have prevented me from healing.
