PSA BECAUSE SCHOOL: so I noticed a few people have gone back to school already and some go back soon. I don't go back till September. Anyways I would like to take a minutes to say that if you haven't been diagnosed by an actual doctor DO NOT SAY YOU HAVE ANXIETY. GOOGLE DOESN'T COUNT. I'm not saying that all people don't have anxiety because I know some do, but I also know of some people who only looked up the symptoms on google, said they had some of them, them claimed to have anxiety.
I know a very old friend (who im not friends with anymore) did something very disgusting. She looked up the symptoms for social anxiety, and started DOING THEM FOR ATTENTION. She memorized what all the symptoms were just for the attention!
And please if you have medication for it TAKE IT! Another old friend used to have to take medication and he wouldn't because he liked the attention when he has a panic attack.
THAT IS NOT OKAY. Please if you think you have anxiety please just go to a doctor.

I just gotta say next week I'll be going to the US (south carolina) and idk if I'll have wifi and since I dont have a US plan (since im canadian) i won't be able to use data. I'll probably be extremely inactive. I mean I'm pretty inactive with posting with wifi but I mean I won't even be able to check everyones stories, DM's, or like posts!
