Following her win at Snapper, our founder @stephaniegilmore reflects on life between travel, the ocean, and slower moments along the way. A conversation around ritual, rhythm, and the things that bring her back to herself.
The full story is now live on the CINCA Tequila Journal.
TEQUILA SUNDOWN SPRITZ | @barevelyn__ twist on the Tequila Sunrise. Born on the California coast in the 70s. Citrus, colour, long afternoons into night.
Launching tonight in celebration of @stephaniegilmore win. Lighter. Drier. Built for golden hour.
Fresh mandarins picked from Buck’s Farm in Chillingham, turned into a bright citrus shrub for @barevelyn__ take on the classic.
CINCA Blanco, mandarin shrub, soda, ice.
Parello olives, mandarin peel.
Outside @little_mali a new piece by @atlas________atlas celebrating a pretty special moment for the coast.
@stephaniegilmore deep in the barrel at Rainbow, painted just as she went on to win at Snapper. Feels pretty fitting having her up on the wall in the place she calls home. A world title icon, hometown energy, and one of the most iconic views in surfing all brought together outside one of our favorite local cafes.
Now all that’s left to do is grab a margarita and celebrate properly.
See you at @little_mali from 3:30pm today, with the margis flowing Thursday through Saturday. See you there! 🍸
The biggest week on the Gold Coast is coming.
@stephaniegilmore back in the lineup. @dimity in the mix. Even more to celebrate. 🍸

DEVELOPED TOGETHER | CINCA’s flavour profile was shaped over two and a half years working alongside the Camarena family. Many visits, many tastings, and time spent learning inside the distillery and around the family table. Built slowly, together. From the Highlands to your hands.
INSIDE THE DISTILLERY | Production at the Camarena family hacienda reflects generations of knowledge carried forward each day. Agave grown in the surrounding Highlands, harvested by hand and produced on site. A process guided by family, place and experience. From the Highlands to your hands.
INSTANT CONNECTION | Some of our strongest memories of Mexico live around this table. Staying with the family. Sharing meals. Laughing through language barriers. Learning from generations of knowledge, long before it reaches the bottle. Words didn’t always land, but meaning always did. From the Highlands to your hands.
MEET THE CAMARENAS | Four generations of agave growing in the Highlands of Jalisco. Knowledge shaped by land, time and patience. This is where CINCA begins.
From the Highlands to your hands.
