Notre "Black Tie CroisiĂšre". Cinabre first Ivory Dinner Jacket
A few years back, at a wedding in Mauritius, I opted for an ivory dinner jacket as the latitude demands. In the majestic setting of a historic house rented by the newlyweds, I somehow gave the impression of owning the estate: I spent the cocktail hour sipping my drink and accepting congratulations for "the excellence of the reception" and "the pristine state of my gardens." Thatâs the magic of this jacket: it instantly hands you the keys to the place. Cinabre already offered the complete Black Tie wardrobe; this spring, weâre releasing its "great outdoors" counterpart with our very first ivory dinner jacket.
This jacket was created to the highest standards of craftsmanship with our signature shoulder line. The piece features a traditional full canvas construction and a generous shawl collar.
We cut it from a fluid and lightweight Loro Piana wool barathea, lined in ivory Bemberg Satin. No linen that surrenders at the first Negroni.
The places, people, and things that made our March nights:
- A proper kick-starter table: @rives__rives , an Aveyronnais bistro in the 11th, with two irresistible draws in my book : the impeccable sausage and aligot, and a turntable by the zinc counter spinning 70s disco-funk into the night.
-The book "The Last Hurrah" by @dafyddjonesphotographer , documenting Oxford University parties in the early '80s and catching the bleary-eyed survivors at dawn. Untied bow ties and crumpled ballgowns: superb.
- The Sunday nights @rexclub (right next to our @cinabrelessuites ) for the Legends party. This time, American house icon Louie Vega took over the decks.

The Six Nations rugby tournament is drawing to a close. Tomorrow is the Crunch. France vs. England. The only match in the world with a nickname that captures the sound of cracking bones and clashing ambitions. But no matter the score, rugby remains the only combat sport that demands you look sharp the moment the final whistle blows.
To honor the tradition of the post-match banquetâwhere rival teams exchange their official tiesâwe designed the Rugby collection, with the Crunch tie, the Coq tie, the Club Coq tie, and the Jonny tie.
Enjoy the game, everyone. Even those watching it with a hot cup of tea.
The places, people, and pieces that made our February nights:Â
- A secret location, 40 guests in black tie, a dazzling show, and a single night to burn it all down : that was the inaugural @wato_members_club  party. Keep an eye on their Instagram to try your luck at membership and catch the 2nd edition (April 25th, according to my sources).
- Only eight seats available. Not one more. The @restaurantalt.paris  could host three times as many people, but Chef Kazuaki deliberately chose to slow the pace, bringing infinite care to his plates. No need for a Michelin star to reach perfection.Â
- The book "Clubbing", a deep dive into the global history of clubs, from the invention of the disco ball in 1916 to the present day (in french). Special mention for the chapters on Le Palace and Le Rex, those legendary Parisian clubs sitting right next door to our Suites.
