Pullman Market is located in San Antonio’s Pearl District, this luxury food hall only sells products sourced from Texas farms and makers, but locals are seriously divided over it. Some people think Pullman Market is elevating San Antonio’s food scene and turning the city into a world class food destination. Others think it represents the growing gentrification of the Pearl and the loss of old San Antonio culture.
Inside they have a butcher shop, sourdough bakery, mezcal bar, flower shop, chef supplies, grocery items, handmade tortillas, Texas beef, and even chicken stock caramel ice cream. Honestly one of the most ambitious food concepts I’ve seen in Texas!
