Another awesome day out in London! 2:14:48 for 2nd in the mass race, a minute off the PB and 5 minutes quicker than London last year ⚡️ The crowds were even louder than I remember them and it felt great to be mixing it with the elite lads for the first time. Massive thanks to @jethro_mcg for getting me into the shape to make yesterday possible, and to my new @hoka_eu family for providing me and the #pbprotocol team with such amazing support! 🪽

Little massage appointment with Birmingham’s resident 50k World Silver Medalist. Can’t run 5:20/mile for 3 hours without an elbow in your ass every now and then🤷‍♀️ What should take priority??

It’s worth it. Weeks of 105-mile training. Long runs beyond limits. Sauna sessions for the heat. No 50K race experience. Still — second at the World Championships. Ran to plan. Finished strong.

2nd in the world 🌍 Absolutely dreamy 50k debut here in Delhi. The GB boys absolutely smashed it with a 1-6 sweep 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 As requested by @rossbraden1 and @philsesemann my finishing time was 2:47:14 which I believe is the 2nd fastest by a European of all time 🇪🇺
