They’re all part of the Encore Athletes crew—local legends and wild humans doing rad things at a high level, repping the Encore spirit everywhere they go. And we’re not just cheering them on—we’re fuelling them.
Let’s meet the squad:
🧗 Gord McArthur – Olympic climber, owner of ARQ, and all-around vertical wizard. Gord has scaled cliffs and walls all over the globe and still somehow finds time to help others climb higher too. Rad dude. No notes.
🥏 Casey Hanemayer – The highest-ranked disc golfer in Canada and a human highlight reel. Played for Team Canada at the Worlds (bronze medal!), famous for his long forehand, his clean bucket hat game, and is contractually obligated to let Jesse win on occasion.
🚵 Matt Majewski – Long-time long-rider and trail whisperer. Shorts in winter. Slayer of the Fat Viking race in Norway. Ginger, but kind. Rides quietly, grooms selflessly, and somehow always gets more done than you think. Strong silent type with quads like a freight train.
🥏 Ben Loggains – Two-time Falcon’s Flight champ and part-time disc golf philosopher. Known for crushing drives, flexible putting impressions, and raising Casey like a disc-slinging prodigy. He’s got style, stories, and used to be one of Encore’s best-looking bartenders—just ask him.
