- I had to go home for a few hours yesterday with a migraine so Diego and his sister helped bake- she had just gotten off a flight from Chile 🥹💛

- over 400 bakes sold today😭 and a sellout at @meanwood_market Diego literally had the best day seeing everyone 🫶🍪

it’s crazy to see how the whole logo/brand of CHUNK has changed as I’ve gotten older and found my own style!!
To think I started this at 20, opened a shop at 24, and am now 26, I didn’t really know who I was or what style I liked when I started 🥺 and I’ll probably decide to change it again in a year’s time hahaha

We’re launching our summer menu today, we’ve baked the most we’ve everr done so we don’t sell out but it’s raining, and we’ve spent yesterday and this morning finding vegan cream cheese we can use for the two massive tiramisus I’ve baked as Brakes didn’t deliver it yesterday, but it’s cool and we’re just going with the flow 🙂↔️💆♀️ see you until 3!🫶

Started from a basement with a love for baking… and now Amy & Diego have been going strong for 6 years 👏
Everything’s baked fresh from scratch every morning, with some seriously good options — loaded cookies (the Lotus Biscoff one is a must), cardamom knots, cinnamon buns, apple crumble and loads more.
They’ve also got focaccia sandwiches using bread from @leedsbreadcoop , plus your usual coffees and teas…
But trust us — try the Caramel Banana Bread Matcha. Sounds mad, but it works 👀
It’s a proper independent gem, and everything is vegan, so everyone’s covered 🌱
