I listened to Shadowy Men on my drive to work yesterday and then last minute cancelled my bday dinner reservation to instead get a vegan chimichanga. My dad loudly recognized who was at the table next to us. I got a pic, but spoke absolutely nothing of all the Dave’s that I know
Life is hard, confusing, and lonely. It’s beautiful, exciting, and hopeful. People are mean and people are so so kind. Thunder cracks, rain falls, and a mirage of colours appear in the sky. The neighbours dog hates me, and I love Max. I feed a chipmunk and watch a hawk take him right in front of me. Traffic is easy on the way in, and crappy on the way home. I have a long day, and he brings me a soda pop. Lots of things at once.
