《#非關舞蹈編創平台》 ─《脈動,旋轉,呼吸》 編創工作坊 《脈動,旋轉,呼吸》的第三站來到科技媒體藝術團隊「Dimension Plus」,以「流動式分享」形式展開一日雙工作坊體驗,帶領參加者串連鋼管舞延伸出的觸覺實驗與當代舞的即興實踐。觀眾不再只是「觀看」作品,而是以身體親自介入:在地板上翻滾、在呼吸的節奏裡重複、在皮膚與空間的摩擦之間,去感受舞蹈如何從細微感知開始生成。 工作坊由藝術家張煒彥及朱仟青帶領。張煒彥以其十年鋼管舞經驗發展的研究《0.1》為出發點,聚焦人體最貼近世界的界面——皮膚。工作坊會從壓力、摩擦、支撐等具體觸感入手,把原本依附於鋼管的動作語彙拆解,轉化為「離桿」的身體探索,帶參加者在微小的觸覺變化中,重新認識自己如何用身體閱讀環境。 朱仟青則以引導式即興讓大家從簡單而重複的律動開始,耐心觀察身體在重複動作中悄悄出現的偏移、鬆動與想像。當你跟隨一個節奏「無聊地」重複下去,身體其實會不斷提出新提議:重量怎樣轉移、呼吸如何介入、畫面在哪一刻變得親密或疏離——這些都將成為編創素材,也成為你與自己及他人建立連結的線索。 是次工作坊歡迎不同背景的身體參與者加入,毋須任何舞蹈或鋼管舞基礎;工作坊將包括與地板的緊密接觸、倒立姿勢及可能出現的皮膚摩擦,請自我評估身體狀況並作適當保護,建議穿著短褲以便活動。 編創工作坊詳情 日期|2026 年 5 月 4 日(一) 時間|19:00–21:00 地點|石硤尾白田街 30 號賽馬會創意藝術中心 2樓 10 號 嘉賓|張煒彥、朱仟青 費用|自由定價(Pay what you want) 報名連結|Link In Bio #不加鎖舞踊館 #UnlockDancingPlaza #非關舞蹈編創平台 #脈動旋轉呼吸

My Body is a Battlefield, and These are My Armours (Creative research presentation) Presented in FIRST Creation Platform, Freespace Dance Festival 2025 In this research, I reflected a past experience of confronting sexual harassment on the subway through the perspective of movement and dance choreography. It’s a lens to analyse the subtle, improvised actions of handling real life crisis as if it’s a never-ending improvisation. Subjectivity is investigated through the process of unfreezing the body. The presentation is only a starting point, which opens up the space for more artistic and creative exploration. Thank my dramaturge @ting940727 for the insights that hugely backed up the research. #DC26 Phase 1 @unlockdancingplaza The very first thought reflecting on the experience in the residency is about practice, the things that we constantly do, think, and even confront about. It’s about what are fusing and growing within our bodies and psyches. Secondly, it’s about the depth of wisdom and practice, and the delicate attitude that foster effective, if not to say successful collaborations. It can be as complicated as looking at cultural and language differences, the artistic references that we have been exposed to, the way we grow as a human being and as an artist/designer, soft skills like observation and communication…… Yet it can also be concluded as simple as consistent mutual respect and openness towards each other and the constant attempts to search for mutual understanding… (of course, easier said than done) Its definitely an experimental ground in a lot of ways (for lots of us too, I guess). As someone who freshly came out from a place of specific view and practice towards performance, its just liberating for me to feel the flow of ideas and concepts and act on it. This lotion dance (its how everybody naturally calls it(?)) came from what I comprehend as polite flirtatiousness from @norhaizad_adam ‘s performance, uses mutual caring to redefine sexiness. This performative response playing with flesh and touch does naturally reflect on my views towards performance too - briefly, how am I using/transforming mundanity to bring lights on, question, dissolve some of the rigidly constructed notions. Special thanks to @waaaiyin , who just embraced completely my proposal to perform together this sensual performative response, and did offer sincere care to my body by the detail and focused massage. Also @goldmtn ‘s well curated sound track of animals fucking. 🫦 Super thankful for @josephwnlee ‘s invitation to the residency. I was able to witness and be inspired by everyone’s thoughts, ideas and perspectives. The outcome may not be so solid (or useful(?)), but for me, it has been a great pleasure to work and learn and have fun with this whole team. - Huge thanks to @jianguo0925 for the gorgeous photos!!

Bedtime Stories. 2024. One-on-one participatory performance with research-based stories. The work gathers stories from friends and interested participants in the topics of their personal experiences or observations on daily life hardships. The stories are then told to audience, juxtaposing the comfort of the bed and the discomfort of the stories. The work attempts to highlight the invisible mental movements and bodily sensations during the storytelling. I would like to thank all the storytellers for sharing their sincere thoughts, personal experiences and vulnerabilities. Also thank Movement Festival 2024 so much for having me! (I’m trying to tag all the people I know and I can find 🙈 - The work is an ongoing project to continue collecting stories and further exploring on texts, ways of delivering and forms of presenting.
