So Much To Be Grateful For.
Movement. Sunrises. Family. Opportunities.
As we start this new week, what are you grateful for?
When we practice gratitude, we start to look for things to be grateful for and more importantly, we start to immerse ourselves in that type of environment and surround ourselves with people who do the same.
It’s the most natural way for us to lift each other up.
Let me know ⬇️ some things you are grateful for and what you are looking forward to this week.

It was an honor to speak to the Legatus of Charleston Chapter recently.
To spend time with a room full of leaders committed to integrating faith, family and business was both inspiring and energizing.
We talked about how to align your faith, purpose and performance with God’s will.
Grateful for the opportunity to serve such an accomplished room of men and women in faith and
excellence.
Go Be Great 🙏👊🦋

Last week I had the opportunity to speak to @prsacharlotte at their Spring Symposium about resilience, burnout, leadership and the power of taking a fearless inventory of the life you’re building.
In an industry where there’s very little control over the chaos, you can control how you prepare to withstand the pressure that comes with it.
And honestly, it’s always the conversations afterwards that stay with me most.
The real moments.
The honest reflections.
The people willing to admit they’re ready for something more personally and professionally.
Grateful for the energy, the vulnerability and the people willing to dig differently.
Thank you to Ashley Sherry Brown, APR, MA Christy Jackson Paige Layne, APR Julie Smith, CPSM LiZeatra Wilson Samantha Falabella Knight Shawn Flynn Samantha Story Jennifer Frost, APR and Becky Budds for inviting me to be a part of such a wonderful day!
Go Be Great 🙏👊🦋
Stop waiting for…
The perfect time.
The perfect outfit.
The perfect weather.
The perfect workout.
The perfect result.
Did you wake up today?
Can you move your body?
Do you know how lucky you are ?
Give a nod of gratitude right now.
Go Be Great 🙏🦋

Most people attach their identity to outcomes… and wonder why they feel stuck when things don’t go their way.
Results come and go.
The work is always there.
If you want confidence that lasts—
stop chasing validation and start owning the process.
So ask yourself:
What do I actually identify with?
Go Be Great 👊🙏🦋
This week, I’m simplifying everything down to three:
• What actually matters right now?
• Where am I just going through the motions?
• What would make me proud by Friday?
Clarity creates action.
Action builds confidence.
Get honest.
Then go be great.

What do I need to finish before adding something new?
Thanks to @bepresent.events for this question.
I’m in the process of completing some major building blocks, and it is so easy to get distracted by what others are doing and forget to COMPLETE THE TASK at hand.
We live in a world obsessed with adding:
More goals. More habits. More commitments. More noise.
But growth isn’t always about addition, Sometimes it’s about DAMN COMPLETION.
Unfinished commitments drain energy.
Half-built habits create friction.
Open loops steal focus. 👀 SQUIRREL.
Before you chase the next thing, ask yourself:
* What have I started but not finished?
* What conversation have I been avoiding?
* What standard have I let slip?
This is where real discipline lives.
THE 4Gs show us here :
GRIND – Finish the physical commitments you’ve made.
GRIT – Stay with it when it gets boring or uncomfortable.
GRACE – Have the hard conversations you’ve been putting off.
GRATITUDE – Appreciate the progress already in motion.
You don’t need more. You need to close the loop.
Wake up and be great 👊🙏🦋. Somebody’s gotta do it.
