Our wee hotel in Sanary has a Michelin recommended restaurant in it. We were there ( first there with no reservation) on opening night. It got packed! It was brilliant! Great night with my man!❤️

A labour of love for sure today!
Digging in to my Guyanese heritage and making a proper Guyanese style chow mein like my mama used to make, as she is sadly unable to cook anymore. My father makes a great chow mein though and I wanted to make them proud by doing It myself! And I did! Thanks to their help and my new purchase #madlove cookbook by Canadian/Guyanese chef #devanrajkumar I think I killed it! Lots of prep before you actually cook but so worth it for those authentic Chinese/ Guyanese flavors!
