Oaken Stillroom, inspired by this domestic laboratory introduces a new sensory dimension translating scent into taste. The space opens into The Common Room, more tactile, more social. Materials invite touch, while a communal table anchors the room, encouraging interaction and shared discovery.
Beyond, the Stillroom shifts the pace. Centred around a larger table, it invites you to sit, to linger, and to extend the experience through botanical aperitifs. A movement from engagement to pause, where the space is not only observed, but inhabited.
In shaping this space with @byrantara we began with what was already here, an existing structure, kept and revealed, with new layers introduced in quiet contrast. As you move through, the experience unfolds from a dark, metal-clad room into light, then into a softer, more tactile space where the original form comes forward again.
Old and new are not merged, but allowed to sit side by side, defined by contrast, material, and atmosphere, forming a place that extends beyond retail, where people gather, ideas are exchanged, and connections unfold over time.

At Stillroom, our approach is rooted in aperitifs, drinks shaped by citrus, bitterness, and botanical clarity.
Here, we develop our own zero proof program, exploring a new direction in cocktail-making, one built entirely on zero proof spirits and aperol. Distilled without alcohol, yet preserving the structure and complexity of classic aperitif profiles.
All the experience, without the effects of full ABV spirits.
