For the past three and half years I have been working on a PhD in philosophy. Today I finally submitted my thesis. It’s been a long road, but the resulting piece says everything I’ve been trying to think about art since I was 16. There is a lot more still to do (viva, corrections) but I am happy to be bringing this part of the project to completion on the eve of my 30th birthday.
There are too many people to thank. Many of you who have met me and talked about art have, whether you know it or not, made some contribution to this. But I must thank @bttauka . I love you Birgit.
I’m now free and available if you need someone to speak at a symposium, a birthday, a funeral, or whatever the ceremony is before a ship’s maiden voyage. I can bring my own microphone.
