This show!! Come to it, please. My pup Sarge is coming and is super excited to meet everyone. Full disclosure he got neutered just so he could come to this show. He gave up his manhood and ability to bless future generations with his offspring so he could come watch his human mama do comedy. Please don’t let his sacrifice be in vain! Come out and join us for laughs!!

April is one of the heaviest months of the year—Child Abuse Awareness Month—and I’ve been sitting with just how important it is to use our voices right now. I’m so excited (and honestly honored) to be collaborating with the Child Advocacy Network of Tulsa for an upcoming comedy show fundraiser. This organization does incredible, life-changing work supporting survivors of abuse and giving a voice to those who need it most. This show is about more than laughs—it’s about community, awareness, and showing up for something bigger than ourselves. Every post, every share, every donation helps support the work they’re doing every single day. If you’ve been looking for a way to give back, this is it. Come laugh with us, support an amazing cause, and help make a difference where it truly matters. And last, but not least a big thank you and shout out to our sponsor for this event, the Hearts to Home RE/MAX team! Brett and Marie are more than just real estate agents. They are active members in our community and the perfect team to help you find a place to call home. Thank you, Hearts to Home team for supporting the children of Tulsa and a cause that’s so dear to my heart ❤️. We are also collecting raffle items if there are any businesses out there that would like to participate. See you at the show!

In November 2019- we went to Vegas to start planning our upcoming wedding (yes… we planned a drive through Vegas wedding ahead. It happens. 😂) and while we were there we went to a comedy show at Comedy Cellar. That night @mondaypunday was headlining. He was delightfully funny and I started following him that night. At that time I was not doing comedy professionally- so it was just a fun night out. Since I have been doing comedy I have tried multiple times to make it to a show he is doing but have always ended up being booked on the same nights. Last night Mike and I were able to go catch his show here in Tulsa. Wow! He is funnier than ever. Watching him make it look so easy, when I know full well it is not!, is truly genius and so enjoyable. Enjoyed meeting him and look forward to our paths crossing again someday.

Before I get busy decorating for Halloween, let me take a minute to share my weekend positives and highlights! First- Killeen was super easy to navigate and I saw lots of it. Got to see Fort Hood and the Memorials there. I am so grateful for the men and women who have served. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I met some amazing comics and made new friends- which you know I love that. I laughed lots. I opened for Adam Hunter, spoke with him after the show and I may possibly being working with him again in the future! Also I ‘headlined’ the Best of Fest show- also was the last female standing (right guys?!?) Spent Saturday morning doing something I love: visiting a ghost town. To the comics who I met- thanks for being awesome. Hope our paths cross again someday!
