This is going to be fun. I’ll be sharing all my secrets on building and running a production company at “The Business of Commercial Production” workshop next week at Circles Conference.
If you’ve ever wanted the inside playbook—budgets, clients, taxes, the whole thing—this is it. Plus, we scored a software freebie for everyone who attends this workshop.
Hit the link in bio if you want to snag a last-minute pass. September 24th at 8:30 AM is my workshop.
If you haven’t been to church in a while, one way to honor Charlie Kirk’s life work is to reconnect with your faith.
If you live in DFW and are looking for a Bible-based church that shares a similar heart for God’s Word, consider visiting Faith Christian Center.

26 Years ago today I made the 2nd most important decision in my life.
Yes I said TWENTY SIX YEARS, it’s wild, I know, we don’t even look old enough to be married 26 years. I’ll come clean to all those that didn’t know; we got married at 14 and yes it was arranged. hahaha All Joking aside.
I love you Diesa Moneau Rupert
I love that you love our Lord and His Word.
I love that you would rather go on an adventure than spend a night watching TV.
I love that you enjoy traveling with just a backpack.
I love that you will pick the hole-in-the-wall restaurants over the chain.
I love that you’re willing to take business and financial risk in an effort to grow.
I love your taste in design and homes.
I love that you’re tough when I can be to amiable at times, especially in construction.
I love your willingness to do the hard thing like home schooling Ash.
I love your constant push for us to live a healthy life.
I love how you taught me to be generous.
I love how you are the most amazing mother to our kids.
I love you Diesa and I look forward to another 26 years together.
I only had 5 years of photos in my phone and it’s wild to see all the adventures we had just in just the past 5 years.
When my wife and I started
@nametagfilms , we didn’t have investors or a perfect plan—just a conviction that there was a better way to do production.
One built on the Golden Rule, where people are valued, money is stewarded well, and faith is at the center.
Years later, I’m still amazed at what God has done and grateful for the people He’s brought along the way.
Voyage Dallas recently asked me to share a bit of that journey. I don’t take stuff like this lightly—and definitely don’t want it to come off as self-promotion. But if it points someone to the idea that you can do business with integrity, creativity, and faith… then I’m in.
All glory to God. Thanks to everyone who’s been part of this story. Link in Bio

Every morning, I look forward to a few things.
First, time with God.
Next, a perfect coffee from Salt’s Jura machine.
And then, working in this awesome office space.
