I’m always asked how I’m using different AI agents and I think we can all agree that over the past year, AI has influenced the way we work and live in a big way. What do you find most useful about these new tools?

You’ll get a lot of advice at the beginning of your career, but the most impactful tips will stick with you. What’s something you learned early in your career that still rings true today?
With Thanksgiving approaching and our final @mcdonaldscorp Global Employee Town Hall of the year taking place last week, I’m reminded how much I value these moments to bring our teams together from across the world. It’s always exciting to see the focus and commitment that drive our progress – and there was plenty to be proud of this year.
Looking ahead to 2026, our priorities are clear: keep investing in our customers and crew, continue raising the bar on value and experience, and modernize how we work. Every idea and effort counts, and it’s through our collective drive that we shape the future of McDonald’s.
