I was describing to a stranger today what it is I do by telling him how my day unfolded, the kind of people I worked with and what they were specifically learning and practicing that day. He said, “Wow, man, that’s amazing. You’ll never get bored. You do something different every hour of every day with different people.”
It dawned on me that he was spot on. We don’t just go through the motions. We dial in, we set an intention, we stay present, and we give our best effort day in and day out. That’s the expectation my clients have of me, and it’s the same expectation I have of them when they walk in to spend what might be the best hour of their day with me.

My TAKE TWO✌🏼rule for creating videos! I film each video twice (even if the first one is good) to refine my articulation and ideas, with the goal of eventually doing just one take. 🎥
Luckily, I’m used to teaching in front of a group so it’s natural for me to speak to the camera. Although it does help to think through my ideas and different perspectives before putting them into a video.

Being more transparent and consistent on here has allowed me to connect with people on a real level over the past month. I’ve made new friends, met people in person, and experienced genuine engagement beyond just likes and shares.
My goal is to build meaningful relationships and lasting friendships with people! It’s what I already do day to day and this is an awesome way of doing it with a broader audience.

Elderly people hit the gym to stay healthy. That’s great!
But you’re in your 30’s or 40’s and you’re blatantly ignoring the data behind strength training and leading a healthy lifestyle.
Don’t wait til this “elderly” gym opens up near you and you desperately need it.
You can start today! It’s really a lot less complicated than all this noise on social media.

•Sleep, hydrate, eat whole foods

I gotta be honest with it’s you, I’ve been complacent lately…
The same doubts my clients are working through? I’m living them too. But I’ve reached a point where this is no longer just about me.
It’s about my family, my friends, the people around me, and the people we’re working for.
I make a great living in Miami doing what I love. But building an online coaching business is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. It demands you show up, not just when the camera’s rolling, but especially when it’s not.
A lot of people in this space are playing a character. I’ve never wanted to be that. Staying true to this means constantly checking myself: Is this genuine? Is this coming from a real place?
What I know for certain is that MOVEMENT is the CATALYST for change in every area of life. As long as I believe that and lean into it, I can keep showing up as that 20-year-old kid who just wanted to help people live a life that actually feels like theirs.
