My proudest product yet. I’ll sometimes get asked, “Let me see your work!” and I had nothing quick to show. So after a year of scrubbing through every clip I’ve shot in the past 6 years… multiple hard drives, thousands of clips, and too many work sessions where I would make some progress then come back to visit it months later… I finally put together a Show Reel of my best cinematography from all across the world that I am truly proud of.
This piece is a product of all those days in college at the library where I was learning what equipment I should buy, how to edit a video, or how to get paid to travel while I should’ve been studying for my accounting exams.
This piece is a product of all those days of putting myself out there to perfect my craft by filming events or organizations on my college campus or taking my camera with me everywhere I go.
This piece is a product of all of those HECTIC travel moments where I would be editing in the back of the plane with a crying baby, in a car of a reckless taxi driver in the Middle East, or at some $10 a night hostel with shitty wifi.
This piece is a product of all of those EPIC travel moments where I traveled to Greece during finals of my last semester in college and still graduated. Or to the time I got offered my first job with a tourism board that allowed me to live my dream of backpacking SE Asia at 22 for 10 weeks before Covid broke out. To the time I got offered a new job and my first day started on an African safari. To the time I lived the absolute dream life with my best friend being on yachts in Thailand to ripping supercars in the desert in Dubai. To the time I somehow helped orchestrate traveling 5 countries in 48 hours in Europe.
This piece is a product of all of those who believed in me from day 1, those I met throughout my travels, and those I’ve met in the city that I love and get to call home who constantly remind me that I’m doing everything right in life and living every damn day to the fullest. Thank you to every single one of you. I haven’t forgotten the kind words and encouragement you gave me no matter what moment in life we met♥️
