What I love most is that Choux continues to hold the same deep love for French pastry in San Francisco, while slowly evolving with a focus on handcraft, quality, and artisanal flavors. Every pastry is a chance to create something thoughtful, beautiful, and full of feeling.
As the flowers bloom and the city comes alive again, Choux is blooming too, not just as a bakery, but as a little home for simple joy, sweet moments, and community.
To me, that essence matters most. Choux has always been about sharing small delights that brighten someone’s day, and that will always stay at the heart of what we do.
