A quiet continuation shaped by what was already there. Working within the existing shell, we preserved the building’s material memory: its textures, surfaces, and traces of time, introducing a restrained contemporary layer to reframe them.
An intervention of balance and precision, where past and present remain in dialogue.

A contemporary reinterpretation of Cycladic living.
The renovation of an existing villa on Paros transforms the property into a small cluster of volumes — a main residence and two independent guest houses — arranged to frame uninterrupted views of the Aegean while offering moments of privacy.
Shared living spaces extend into shaded terraces and outdoor areas, where architecture blends with the landscape and summer life unfolds.

Set on a hillside in Chania, Crete, this upcoming residential project is conceived as a clear sequence of built volumes and open spaces, oriented to capture expansive sea views while shaping light, movement, and privacy across the site.
Simple geometries and a restrained material palette create a calm architectural rhythm, while openings frame selected views and provide natural shading, with outdoor areas seamlessly integrated into the overall composition — designed to sit gently within the landscape.

Unveiling our first residential project — a new complex in Chania, inspired by the natural landscape, open sea views, and the character of the Cretan setting.
The development is designed to follow the natural slope of the site, allowing each residence to open effortlessly towards uninterrupted sea views. Interior living spaces are thoughtfully composed to flow into terraces, shaded outdoor areas, and planted roofs, creating a continuous living experience between architecture and landscape.

The renovation of an existing villa on Paros Island, reimagines it as a collection of private living spaces consisting of a main building and two independent guest houses, thoughtfully designed to offer uninterrupted views. Shared living areas flow seamlessly into shaded outdoor environments, emphasizing outdoor living and the experience of summer life. Inspired by the architectural language of Paros, the project combines natural materials, soft textures, and clean white volumes through a contemporary design approach.

Inside a historic Athenian stoá, HAFU is a calm pause in the city’s rhythm — a place where movement slows and light shapes the space.
HAFU is a contemporary dining space defined by clarity and spatial order. Three primary volumes — kitchen, service and sitting— structure the plan, creating a natural flow through the interior. Timber filters, discreet openings, and layered textures guide movement while preserving a sense of openness.
Materials remain calm and tactile: warm woods, mineral surfaces, muted tones that absorb and reflect light throughout the day. As the atmosphere shifts from morning to evening, the space adapts without losing its composure, offering guests a setting that feels both grounded and inviting.
The intention was simple: to craft an environment where hospitality is embedded in the architecture itself — where the experience begins long before the first dish arrives.

This year’s Chorographers team gathering took place in Mykonos — the island where so many of our inspirations have turned into built spaces.
Over two unforgettable days, we explored the breathtaking @mykonosriviera , stayed at our newly completed @nucamykonos , and exchanged inspiration through thoughtful presentations, creative workshops, and open conversations with our valued partners.
A special highlight was reconnecting with our dear friend and architect Apostolos Nazos, whose deep understanding of Mykonian architecture never fails to inspire us.
We wandered through the winding streets of Mykonos Town at sunset, and closed our two-day creative escape with a seaside dinner — the perfect finale to a memorable gathering.
Two unforgettable days filled with inspiration, connection, and the radiant Mykonian light that reminds us why we love what we do.
