It sounds harsh, but it’s the truth.
If people truly understood what movement does to your body, your health, your longevity…. and if it were sold as a pill, people would pay anything for it.
Without movement, your system begins to decline.
And that’s when disease takes over.
Move every day.
That’s it.
No excuses.
Studies published in JAMA Neurology show a clear link between regular physical activity and lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease in women.
Does this mean I won’t get Alzheimer’s? I don’t know, but I sure as hell won’t sit back…. I’m going to do everything I can to prevent it.
