Chopped Power Curry 🍛
Ground beef + tofu for extra protein and that perfect layered texture.
Loaded with finely chopped carrots, broccoli, onion, garlic, cabbage… kids have no idea 😅
Adults love it too—every bite hits the same, perfectly balanced.
Had it over a white rice + quinoa mix + my green sauce = 🔥
* I always try to cook more than enough to freeze/vacuum seal into blocks or make other dishes. Today, before adding the curry, I transferred some over to my instant pot to make some miso soup.
I’ve been making beef belly 우삼겹 at home lately and it’s so easy. I just grab those frozen packs from the Korean market, pan fry with a little butter and soy sauce, and that’s it.
But what I’ve really been into is eating it with cabbage slaw mixed with my creamy green chili and chopped green chili.
SO DELISH!
I used to always need kimchi with everything… but ever since I started making these sauces, I rarely have kimchi at home. This just hits different.
You must try.

Easy crispy rice waffle 🔥
Beef, tofu, and veggies all in one, ready in 10 minutes.
Used my pre-cooked, frozen, vacuum-sealed protein/veggie blocks. Just a quick 30 seconds microwave, mix into rice, and into the waffle maker for that crispy finish.
Oh and my 4 yr old wanted to a few tater tots too! Nice choice:)

Threw my precooked, vacuum-sealed veggie blocks into eggs + a little cream
(also works with water, stock, or dashi)
One of those mornings..... reused the same pan after making pasta for the kids (with the same veggie blocks)
So not the cleanest roll 😅
But with my little trick using paper towel + a kimbap roller, I can make anything into a roll… probably even scrambled eggs 😂 I topped it with some feta but I'll probably use a lighter cheese like queso fresco next time.
Finished it with my spicy cabbage crunch + sauce @chopped_kitchen and that’s what made it 🔥

I swear this goes with everything. My spicy green chile chopped- spicy, a little sweet, a little salty, a little tangy… it all comes together for that perfect bite.
