Unfortunately my body doesn’t understand the difference between small groups and being held a g*n point bc why is this so stressful to me.
Week 3 of the Cadence program and I can confidently say this is probably one of the best dance ideas I’ve had in a while. Getting to train with a great group of people, all while being taught by someone I trust and look up to in the dance world is so fulfilling.
This weeks focus was performance and tbh I felt like one of those birds dancing to find a mate lol.

Such a fun (AND FAST) combo but eeeek I love Steven’s inter classes. Summer vibes to no end. The energy is so refreshing after having such a cold winter. Don’t laugh at me for blanking out when he comes up behind me. I got nervous. Dancing with Steven is always so fun. But he’s crazy good so I literally BLANKED. 😐

Such an amazing shoot! I was so lucky to be part of an empowering, supportive, and straight up sexy group full of girls. We danced our asses off and the energy in that room was insane. Can’t wait to dance with those ladies again throughout the year.

Different vibes for rnb hip hop tonight. Much slower compared to all the classes I’ve taken this week. But it was such a nice change to focus on different textures that the choreo has.
