The artwork for Zhuyuan on Chloe's rear quarter panel is the official in-game illustration for her first mindscape, often referred to as her "C3" or "M3" art. The C comes from "constellation", a holdover from Hoyo's first gacha hit, Genshin impact. Significant effort was put into coloring this illustration, as her fans may well know; her M3 illustration in game is not full color.

New Eridu Public Security is the law enforcement and safety administration agency for New Eridu, which is the fictional setting for the first stage of Zenless Zone Zero. Their logos have been used in the custom livery and the 3D printed front ornament for Chloe, making her the world's only patrol car themed itasha.

Zhuyuan, officer 1-48 of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, is diligent, thoughtful and hardworking to a fault. Problem is, she can be quite easily led on at times. For instance, if a certain consultant said the department was doing a photoshoot and needed her in a bunny costume for charity, she'd buy it after some initial protest.
