This spot hits close to home for me. I first met Sam 10 years ago through my friends at @assemblesound and over that time I’ve watched him grow—not just as an artist, but as a person. He balances ambition with humility in a way that’s rare, and seeing his journey from humble beginnings in Detroit to playing some of the biggest festival stages in the world has brought me immense joy.
I’m always grateful when an artist trusts us with their music, but this one feels especially meaningful. Honored to play a small part in Sam’s continued rise. Huge thanks to Sam, Taco Bell, and everyone involved.
