THE BRIXTON SAFE HUB 🌃 // A major community collaboration, designed with safety in mind. @brixtonbid launches their Brixton SafeHub, an initiative designed to be a place for Brixtonians to drop in and get practical support right here in Windrush Square.
The hub will have a focus on public safety in the area, and also provides support to members of the public who might find themselves delayed when leaving Brixton’s nighttime economy.
That means if you’re unsure of the best way to get home, need some charge on your phone, a quick water refreshment or a cup of tea, safety advice or even medical assistance, the scheme seeks to improve our public spaces and experiences for all.
The Brixton Safe Hub is currently piloting Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from afternoon until late.
