What are you doing with your freedom?
Usually on a day like today my team is gearing up to serve the community, providing warmth and food for our most vulnerable community members but today is different.
Today we are prioritizing rest, growth and reset!
Over the last couple weeks we have been gearing up for some big things and needed the time as a team to learn.
Some exciting news @harvardhbs upswell program accepted us to be part of the 3rd cohort of leaders invited to be part of a year long training program ! So we took this opportunity to learn, meet new people and grow !!!!
We are using our freedom to learn how to better be of service to the community we hold near and true!!!
While we’re a global family, Detroit will always be home.
On 313 Day, we teamed up with Detroit-based nonprofit @chipbagproject to turn chip bags into something much bigger. With over 70 StockX team members from around the world, we learned how to repurpose Mylar (that shiny chip bag material) into sleeping bags for people in need.
Led by founder @erada34 , the Chip Bag Project is reimagining community care through upcycling and creativity—right here in our city.
And yes, we may have tried to make the world’s largest sleeping bag out of Mylar (stay tuned).

Over the weekend we pulled up at @norwestgallery event for month of design @supercyrusb tried out the sleeping bag in 60 degree weather By the water on a super windy day !!!
