Charged Up is our after-school youth performance program designed to develop athletes and leaders who are Built to Last.
While most programs just keep kids busy, we train with purpose:
• Calisthenics for total body control
• Coordination drills for brain-body connection
• Balance & stability for injury prevention and confidence
• Speed & plyometrics for explosiveness
• Real conversations about discipline, leadership, and life
Because strength isn’t just physical — it’s mental and character-driven too.
Inside Charged Up, we operate through our 6 Core Tenets:
Integrity — Doing the right thing when no one is watching
Character — Becoming someone others can rely on
Leadership — Leading by example through actions
Generosity — Supporting and encouraging teammates
Diligence — Showing up ready to work and improve
Courage — Trying hard things without fear of failure

This is an after-school program and we’re also available for hire for schools, teams, and youth organizations looking to implement structured performance and character development.
