It was the most profoundly meanigful, sorrowful but beautiful Christmas season for us with the death of my father, my beloved Tatay. I will stay in the Philippines for a few more days to hangout with other family members and friends while Jose and Gordon come back to Chicago today. Those closeby please continue to offer your moral support for Gordon and especially Jose as we also learned that our pet bird Bixby also just died. Thank God Pants the cat is alright. Gordon does the difficult task of breaking the latest news to Jose as they arrive Chicago. Pray and breathe. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💕💕💕
This compilation of my mom’s family history is an amazing read. She lightens up when we read, sing and dance to her. I included here a very interesting part of her life when she talked about her best friends and my dad’s courtship of her. What a gift SHE is! And she wrote so beautifully. My dad in the meantime got ansy caught up with his emails and asked to go to UP to buy fruits.
