"Chioco is an experiment in collaboration. This piece began with starter lines placed by artists participating in the inaugural Chioco Assembly at Chioco Design. Each artist chose the placement and shape of their lines, and I used them as either a guide or a problem to solve through my drawing practice. What emerged felt both unfamiliar and deeply aligned — a reminder that collaboration can open doors our instincts alone might never find. I’m honored that the resulting piece, Chioco, was selected for MARK, a group show at Women & Their Work." - Zezelia Olson
Coming Soon: the newest installation of Chioco Assembly, featuring nine incredible Austin artists.
A hidden architectural gem in east Austin, this building by @chioco_design is a modern, mixed-use complex. Beautiful lines with diverse construction materials, it immediately caught my attention. 1515 E Cesar Chavez St. Austin, Tx Captured with @viltrox.official #viltrox55evo #viltrox55mmf18. #chiocodesign
