@with_love_lala raised $50 from the sales of our 'ohi'a @honolulumakersmarket 's most recent Bloom; she generously matched the donation, bringing the total money raised to $100 for Laukahi and @hawaiiconservation 😭💕
When I first started Chingu Made, I reached out to a bunch of local crocheters to try to connect and Alicia was one of the first to say yes. I'm so happy to have met her because we share a great love of connecting and creating; we were able to Collab for a Cause (Hint #1)
I hope we're able to continue to raise money for our endangered and native species (Hint #2: that means more species coming soon!) and support hardworking organizations in our communities. If there's a nonprofit or cause you'd like to spotlight, let us know!

My current obsession are mini Mickey dessert plates! I made ~90% of the items here with resin or clay, from silicone molds I made myself! It's been a process to work with new mediums this year but it's been really fun to learn something new 🫠💕

Tiny resin tomatoes coming to Tomato Fest @fishcakehawaii ! Fishcake is special to me because it's where @awaiworkshop and I first met, and now, a year later, we're vending together! 🥲💕✨ Make sure to save the date and come by for food, fun, and friends! Chingus, every dollar from the sale of my items @deathbyscrapbooking will be donated to helping victims of the Kona lows. If my item is $10, the entire $10 is going to go to verified community organizations so they can appropriate the money where it's actually needed.
Things are hard for everyone, but I hope we're all doing whatever we can, even if it's just sharing updates and resources on our pages.
PS, if you know of any places doing cleanup in the afternoons/evenings, please lmk! It's been kind of hard to get info from the people on the ground as they're working tirelessly and wearing a lot of hats right now. Hoping someone on my page will know if I can just show up to help shovel mud and lift heavy things at 5PM 🙏🏻
Made this for @diggydageats@rainbow_wing808 as a thank you for letting me pick through his box of cards! I wanted to do something different and I'm pretty happy with my first try! I cast the hydrangea and leaves in tiny resin molds and turned this little Psyduck into a Monet-esque keychain 🪻🌊
