Stop calling what God gave you too small.
He rejoices not just in the finished work but in seeing the work begin (Zechariah 4:10).
Start with what’s in your hand and place it back in the hands of the One who multiplies.

What began as simple notes typed into my phone, reflections during seasons of overwhelm and growth, has now become my first book.
This journey started with an ER visit during a difficult season, a breaking point after years of chasing a false sense of excellence. I was striving to do it all, and it left me drained and empty. That moment forced me to pause and ask, “What does true excellence really look like?” The answer wasn’t in doing more but in walking with God and learning to embrace His rhythm.
This book is for anyone who has felt the weight of striving, who longs to let go of the burdens they’ve been carrying, or who is searching for a way to live with intention and grace.
Inside, you’ll find heartfelt reflections, biblical truths, and practical tools to help you navigate your seasons with peace and purpose.
My prayer is that each reflection will speak to you and bless you as much as they’ve transformed me. Here’s to excelling, exhaling, and staying close to the One who makes it all possible. 🫶🏾🥂
