We're teaming up with @childsafe for a Mental Health Matters Workshop designed for both adolescents and adults. The interactive session happening this Saturday will focus on mental and emotional health, as well as substance use and prevention, covering topics such as wellness, healthy decision-making, coping skills, substance awareness, refusal skills, and available resources.
