How good does the Childeric Snaffle bridle look in brown with a hint of patent??
Our bridles are as bespoke as our saddles, and can be sized to fit each horse perfectly, ensuring maximum comfort and performance.
Feedback between the rider and Helen is key 🧡
Here Helen explains what issue we’re trying to overcome with 4YO Batman and the theory behind the changes, and then we hear from @darlingdressageltd about what she’s feeling following a change in bit and @childeric_uk saddle.

Austin O'Connor Eventing might be without fan favourite and 5* WINNER Colorado Blue this week, but we're looking forward to seeing Badminton newcomer Sixmilewater this week.
A long time Childeric Brand Champion, Austin's saddle of choice is the CFAP. Its front and rear blocks are less pronounced than other models making them easy to find when jumping but can be bigger and more pronounced if preferred. The saddle is designed to vary its position throughout the cross-country course and facing the different jumping questions to be tackled.
Would you believe this will be a 28th 5* start for Austin?!
We're just a few days away from the start of Badminton XC day and there is nothing this horse loves more than galloping around a 5* XC track like Badminton!
Emma Thomas Eventing & Icarus made their 5* debut by jumping double clear at Burghley. What will they make of this year's Badminton track?
They'll be doing in a CFSP giving them the stability they need for jumping some of the world's most iconic XC fences. Stix might be small but he's fairly feisty and the Lambda noseband has been a game changer for aiding Emma's control and steering at the big events.
We can't wait to see this pair gallop through the finishing flags later today.
It's Badminton week and we're enormously proud to work with some of the most iconic riders in Eventing.
None more so than 5* WINNER Gemma Stevens 🧡
Gemma has been a long time Brand Champion for Childeric, choosing to ride in the CFSP Event saddle. This saddle is designed to help the stability of the rider while optimising their comfort and promoting freedom of movement for the horse. Exactly what is needed for riding at all levels of the sport.
Also choosing the Childeric bridle and the, fast becoming, iconic Lambda noseband. The Lambda noseband is designed to fit nicely around the point of the cheek, with the angle of the bottom strap designed to ensure it doesn't interfere with bit placement. Perfect for the slightly stronger horses and aiding control and keeping the bit steady in the horse's mouth
