As a startup founder, I have learned how important it is to build the foundations - curating, being detailed, and particular about details. Knowing that once the entire value chain is superb, selling can be a cakewalk... This is a reminder to anyone out there building something great; experiment, revaluate, and take the time to make it great, and remember you are here to last, not to show!

I really don't have much to say, but thank you, Jesus - For He that has called us to fellowship with His son is Reliable (1Cor 1:9 AMP). Big shout out to everyone 💚. This is an unofficial one, so I'm not tagging until I do it well enough, I guess Still got a ton of work to do, overwhelmed and grateful for such an honor I had to just tell a little story. It's been a while since I had done this. Building the entire @askset.co @asktive.co @askcc.co @askmodel.co has been an amazing journey, some of which aren't documented, but I'd have to start dropping them I guess.

Recently, particularly in Nigeria, we are faced with the challenges of getting skilled people, dedicated folks, trustworthy co-founders, business partners, and great mentors, as well as workers/apprentices. It's no news that apprenticeship is becoming obsolete in contemporary Nigeria today. Even when there are folks available, there are little to no great leaders. Conversations around these challenges in the bid to find applicable solutions are rarely discussed, yet these problems remain prevalent in our system today. I believe it's high time we started creating better solutions that cater to these challenges - ones that are pragmatic for today's world and particularly for Nigeria, especially given the unstable economy. This does not just apply to tech sectors alone but also to agricultural spaces where labor is prioritized over mechanized farming. Oh! And there's the next generation - The Gen Zs - that's another topic, I guess. If you got up to this point, thanks for reading. Let me know what you think about these challenges

What do you think? How can I lose when the one who is Faithful is right at my back - Rom 3:32 For there is a spirit in man its the breathe of the Almighty that gives it understanding - Job 32:8 And by wisdom a house is built and by understanding its established... So we kept on building the MAN inside. #RaisetheBar!

A short Caption 👇🏾 Pay no mind to my scruffy look — been up and about and hadn't had the right respite to have a clean cut. Ok, back to it... Talking about distractions as a founder building @askset.co — I learned how to say No to things or ventures that play or pay no tangible result to the magnitude of the vision at hand. This message does not say you shouldn't explore... nah! The message boils down to prioritizing. Prioritizing what is needed over what is not. Thanks for listening. Blessings.

Founder's Waiting Season Pt 2 This is founders. God doesn't just hand you a vision without a blueprint. He will provide you with all that you require down to the instructional guide. You just need to align and follow through.

Why does it feel like it's taking so long to build something great? I've asked myself this question more times than I can count. Maybe part of the answer is this — the more you understand about business, the more clearly you can see your own gaps. When you have foresight and understand the dynamics of what you're building, your product roadmap stops looking like a to-do list and starts revealing everything that still needs attention. That awareness can feel heavy. The truth is, every entrepreneur grows differently. Capital, privilege, leverage, and knowledge all shape the pace of that growth. But beneath all of it, I believe the foundation stage is the most critical in any business lifecycle — because it sets the pace, shapes the value systems, and defines how you'll operate for years to come. From the outside, this season can easily be mistaken for slowness. But I believe a founder's waiting season is actually where something deeper is being built — a quiet, unshakeable strength that comes from conviction, consistency, and doing the work even when no one is watching. It's what eventually takes a business, a dream, or a vision from good to great. In my waiting season, I'm learning: Relationship equity Systems and structures Learning about myself Capacity building Building strong value systems Patience — and above all, Learning to trust God's Providence in everything.

He is indeed reliable (1cor 1:9), (Heb 10:23). And so we work boldly and excellently because we are made complete in Him (col 1:10, 2Tim 1:7)
