This year at the @chicagopenshow it was our 38th year attending and setting up at the show. Thinking of that made me reminisce on all of the memories and history my family and I have here. This is definitely one of our favorite shows of the year. Personally, I have been going to the Chicago Pen Show since I was born with my family. It brings me so much happiness and joy that I still get to enjoy this time with them every year at the show. My dad started The Fountain Pen Recycler back in 1986. He started going to this show in 1988. Our family has so many amazing memories at the Chicago pen show and it makes me so happy that we get to keep creating more every year! Since he has retired from the business and I have taken over, the joy it brings me that he still comes to shows with me and loves to see everyone and still loves the business/collecting is amazing! It really does never leave you! To anyone who has bought pens from us whether it was back when we first started or just this weekend. I can’t thank you enough and we love you all! The support means the world to us and I can’t wait to keep doing it everyday! Nothing makes me happier than finding the perfect pen for someone! Chicago Pen Show 2026! 🎉🎉 @chicagopenshow What an incredible 3 days it’s been!!! Loved every minute! I spent most of my 3 days writing complimentary bookmarks with the @chicagocalligraphycollective . What a privilege & what fun it is to be a part of this amazing community! And it was equally “a blast” chatting with all the wonderful people that visited the table!
